Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding bank holidays.

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail):

  • Cost: £4.50 or FREE for orders over £150.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–4 business days.

UK Express Delivery (DPD Next Day):

  • Cost: £6.85.

  • Delivery Time: Next business day for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@systvm.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with the necessary instructions.
